What does a regular yacht rental consist of?
Each of our rentals comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic refreshments. Inclusions may differ depending on the type of service — for example, sunset sails feature deluxe beverages and snacks, while business rentals offer meeting amenities and professional catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure availability, we suggest booking at least 2–3 weeks prior, especially in high season which runs from May to September. For company events and private functions, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead is advisable for better yacht selection and customization time.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our main concern is safety. Should our captain deem weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose an alternate date for your trip or provide a complete refund. We constantly track the weather and will reach out to you if we have any concerns 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you can bring your own food and beverage selections. We also provide exceptional catering options and can tailor menus according to your tastes. Be aware that glass containers are prohibited onboard for safety purposes.
Do the yachts accommodate individuals with mobility restrictions?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. While some of our yachts have better accessibility features, please get in touch with us to discuss particular requirements during the reservation process and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and make necessary preparations.
What does your cancellation policy entail?
For cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice before departure, a full reimbursement is provided. Cancellations that occur between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are generally not refundable, with exceptions for poor weather or mechanical malfunctions on our side.
